My Goodwill hunting has turned up another thrifty retro inspired dress for work! This Charlotte Russe black and white striped dress has a large collar, short slightly puffed sleeves and a full skirt. It reminds me of a dress you might see on I Love Lucy, minus the plunging neckline of course!
I also picked up a couple new hair flowers on sale from Kohl's. I wore the large white dogwood flower pin with this dress.
