The living room Christmas trees (and Cleo, our polydactyl, black cat!)
I love our house this time of year! Sitting in the soft, warm glow of a Christmas tree (or several!) is a simple pleasure of mine. I can sit and just get lost in the twinkle and sparkle of the lights. It's like being enveloped in a warm, snuggly blanket on a cold winter's day! It takes me back to days gone by. And brings to mind the anticipation I felt as a child at Christmas time.

ReplyDeleteI love the outrageous outside lights that people put in their yard. In my younger years it would be my house that was decorated like that. Now I just do the bare minimum, but my younger neighbor across the road, has really used a lot of colorful lights out side this year and I'm enjoying the view from my front living room windows!!
ReplyDeleteYour house looks beautiful! Love your kitty. I just the going to the stores and seeing people shopping and Christmas music playing in the background. And I love seeing the decorations everywhere.
