A local news story about a family who found a snake in their Christmas tree! I can't imagine how I would react if I saw a snake in one of our trees! It would probably be similar to how I reacted when our cat Oreo brought a small black snake into the sunroom from outside. Once I realized it was a snake, I started screaming and running in circles. Thank goodness Dave was home!

OMGosh!! That's exactly what I would do to, Mary Ellen!! My mother had a small grass snake slither in from outside onto her living room floor. She grabbed the broom and killed him! I definitely didn't inherit those brave traits! lol
ReplyDeleteI'm not brave when it comes to snakes either Daisha! While I was running in circles and screaming, my husband casually walked over and picked the snake up with a paper towel LOL!

Slithery things are freeking me out, too. I`m ok with most things, even creepy crawlies. But, snakes I draw a line on!
