Chocolate Avocado Pudding

I substituted local honey (1/4 cup) for the agave nectar.

We've been battling a major case of the "ickies" in these parts.  Started with Reed, somehow skipped Ashleigh and Clayton, then spread to me, Dave and my Mom.  Made it through the weekend, although I wasn't as productive as I would have liked.  I started feeling better but by the end of the day, I was drained after work.  Came home and made homemade pizza with local, pastured pork sausage, a salad of local greens and chocolate avocado pudding for dessert.  I'm hoping the chocolate has curative properties!
