Homemade French Dressing

Spring means tender salad greens at the Midtown Market.  Tonight we enjoyed a salad of local red leaf lettuce and arugula, topped with hardboiled, local pastured eggs.  For the salad, I prepared a Homemade French Dressing using the recipe from Slyvia at Christian HomeKeeper (I substituted local honey for the white sugar and omitted the worcestershire sauce - I'm not fond of it).  Absolutely delicious!
